Sup I'm Nicole or rather Cole. Just turned 20 though I often forget my age. I am in love with various Legend of Zelda games. Namely Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker, though Skyward Sword comes extremly close to second. I am all about Adventure Time! Most of the stuff on here is fandom or silliness but I do post the occasional serious post. And though I leave them frequently I will constantly crawl back into the Animal Crossing and Sims addiction.

I also have a separate art blog filled with fanart and the occasional original pieces.

This was a fun one to do.

It’s Zelda! Though her design is half based on Tetra and half based on Aaron Diaz’s Zelda design from his Clockwork Empire concept.

Which for those who don’t know is a reimagining of LoZ with Zelda as the protagonist. It’s a pretty cool idea but more importantly her tunic is purple!

Purple.

I really, really love purple.

Plus I’ve always wanted to play as Zelda so bam! Now I can.

Her alt outfit (at the bottom) is, of course, based entirely on Tetra’s outfit =]

Anyway, only one more alternate design to go and then I’ll put up a download link for them all.

Was this scene cut from the movie??!!

Fucking christ, do you know what this would have done? What this would have meant to SO MANY people??  The truth of this is devastating. And to think it almost found it’s way into a DISNEY film??

The inclusion of this scene alone would have made it the greatest animated feature the company ever produced. Easily. And if you think that’s hyperbolic clearly you don’t understand.

No, really, if anyone knows why this was cut PLEASE let me know.

It was clearly something the crew was very reluctant to get rid of if it made it all the way to rough-clean (and in a few scenes clean!), fully inbetweened animation. That is like, thousands and thousands of dollars and weeks (months?!) of labour. Maybe a reluctant producer decided they would alienate their white middle-class American audiences by making them feel “too guilty” and pressed them to drop it? It’s unfortunate, it’s one of the most honest accounts of racism in a Disney movie (which is why it’s believable that someone got uncomfortable and made a case to get it chopped)

Designing entertainment by committee for maximum marketability is probably the most heartbreaking process in Hollywood.

I’ve been seeing this around my dash and think it deserves some more recognition!

I have what you might say a blood kink which is more then that.  I just like to see guys getting their ass beat!  But I also love watching men beating ass.  All resulting in usually bloody, bruised faces. 

With that being said, I really, really enjoyed watching the new Star Trek.
